You can mix and match classes, do a few in a row for a longer workout, or repeat a single class to target a specific area. You control the content. All you need is an internet connection and space for a yoga mat—no studio or membership fees required.

Pro skier and certified yoga instructor Ashley Battersby, along with yoga instructor Jessa Munion, will take you through each pose and flow, explaining the specific benefits for skiers, along with stress-reduction techniques, and how to get the most out of your days on the slopes.
