Throughout the past five years, I have truly experienced the hell and the heaven of this lifetime. I was a completely tortured soul experiencing debilitating physical and mental pain on a daily basis. Now I consider myself to be more happy, healthy, and stable than almost anyone I meet. What I was forced to learn throughout my ordeal was that toxicity is a common culprit in many different chronic and mental illlnesses. Chemical imbalances and inflammation are side effects, not the root cause of illness. Depression, panic, fatigue, and anxiety are symptoms of something larger, not the root problems. Deeply embedded parasites, plastics, estrogen-like substances, heavy metals, insectisides, fertizilizers, pesticides in our organs, tissues, and brain are all biological train wrecks and prevent our cells from functioning properly. And this toxicity cannot be fixed on a seven day juice cleanse, with a single supplement, or from “eating more vegetables.” A multifaceted and holistic approach is required to truly detoxify the body.

This is not what nature intended folks. Most of us are unsure of our purpose here on the planet, and most of us have accepted the lie that dreams are for children.

Not too long ago, I was peeing in a bucket in my bedroom because I was so afraid of human contact. My mission each day was just to not kill myself. And this was after spending $150k on my health, drinking ayahuasca thirty times, and religiously practicing yoga and meditation.

Now, I am completely depression-free, more mentally stable than most people I know, financially “successful”, and living my passion on a daily basis. The truth that I was forced to learn in those three years is that we are being absolutely inundated with chemicals and toxins on a daily basis. In the past 100 years alone, over 100,000 new chemicals have been introduced into the environment and our natural detox mechanisms have not had the chance to evolve.
