According to ancient Chinese medicine, we’re each born with an inner vibration that determines our personality and the way we approach life…

This wisdom is based on the Chinese Five Elements — Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal — and we generally exhibit the qualities (or energies) of one or two.

Determining which element most describes your personality type, and honoring and working with it as your unique energy type — can help you heal physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Living out of alignment with the energies of your element, or elements, can prolong and perpetuate painful old thought patterns and stuck emotions, causing depression, anxiety, fatigue, and even illness.

In this 7-week transformational intensive, Dondi and Titanya will guide you through an in-depth experience of each element, help you determine which element or elements match your personality, and teach you gentle belly dance movements and other self-empowering and self-caring exercises to help you align with your unique elemental energy.

The Power of Live Streaming Video

You’ll connect with Dondi and Titanya and experience their teachings through live streaming video.
