This work is very important and really loosens up and activates all the articulations/ joints in the body. It gives the student a deeper comprehension of where certain techniques come from and furthermore, apart form reactivating the body, it definitely increases your level of concentration 100 percent.

Directing, and channelling, your force (and refining your muscle groups to concentrate the fibres into and beyond the point of the blade) leads to an amazing development of your concentration. This, in turn, helps you to increase your power and executions of your techniques.
