Elizabeth Strickland, MS, RD, LD, is a Registered Dietitian specializing in nutrition therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has over 25 years of experience ranging from providing individual nutrition therapy, training professionals and parents, and presenting seminars nationwide on the topic of nutrition and autism. She is an accomplished lecturer with a professional, yet approachable style that has made her a sought out presenter for professional and parent audiences alike.
Elizabeth teaches professionals how to guide parents to safe and effective nutritional interventions and empower parents to make informed decisions regarding appropriate nutritional care of their child. Elizabeth also provides nutrition therapy to children with autism. She works closely with parents to develop a nutrition care plan to address the individual nutrition needs of their child. Elizabeth is also a published author, Eating for Autism & The 10-Step Nutrition Plan To Help Treat Your Child’s Autism, Asperger’s, or ADHD.
