In the realm of EMYoga, the human body has nine discrete energy systems, most of which have access points along the surface of the body, just below the skin, and surrounding the body up to 15 feet in the field.

You’ll be working with these systems via their access points by using the electromagnetism of your hands during this first module. You’ll also explore the pathways that you’ll be using for the duration of the course.

In this opening module, you’ll explore:

• The electromagnetism of your hands and how they work similarly to tuning forks to help bring coherence to different energy fields
• How to correct polarity in the body with your hands — and why this is so important
• How to sense energy vibrations with your hands
• Simple but effective ways to ground your energy to bring greater health to every system
• How energetic fields operate and how they can help you obtain mind-body-soul coherence and wellbeing

There are several key points on the body that ignite specific and important actions when activated or opened. These access points allow you to communicate and receive information from your own body.

You’ll begin using tuning forks to work with some of these main points and how they support your immune system, electrical system, vitality, and ability to be calm and centered.

You’ll also explore how the forks can take you deeply into the quantum fields of your body…

… and help flush the energy out of a point, allowing new, fresh energy to flood in.

Within you, there are roads of energy that move throughout your body, feeding energy to all your organs. In this module, you’ll use your tuning forks to increase the coherence of individual energy “photons’’ within the wider field of the meridian…

… and focus on clearing these pathways to smooth out the energy, ensuring that everything is flowing in the right direction.

Understanding that the meridians are really just one long path through the body will help you focus your intention on creating a smooth flow that removes any blockages to the energy.

Meridian tracing is an important way to optimize energy flows throughout your body. The meridian lines are the main way energy travels through the body, so having them open and flowing in the right direction is essential for your health and wellbeing.

In this empowering module, you’ll:

• Trace all the yin meridians — the deeply internal, continually working energies
• Trace all the yang meridians — the intermittent workers, whose jobs are extremely important
• Learn the meridian-wheel clock to understand how you operate cyclically
• Explore where the meridians transition on the hands and feet and how to optimize those transitions

As you learned in the previous module, every organ has a meridian pathway. On each meridian path, there’s a specific point that feeds energy directly to the organ associated with it.

You’ll spend time in a deeply restorative and meditative practice that explores the most powerful of those points, where they are, and what they do.

Lauren will then guide you on how to ensure that each one has the correct polarity and is full of energy so they can all nourish your organs.

In this self-nourishing session, you’ll discover:

• How to fill your source points with healing energy that’s available for your organs to use
• The source point for Kidney and how to fuel your organ of water detoxification
• The source point for Liver and how to fuel your organ of full-body detox
• The source point for Heart and Circulation Sex (Pericardium) and how to fuel the largest electric source in the body
• The source point for Spleen and how to fuel your body’s integration ability
• The source point for Lung and how to fuel the body’s oxygen exchange

Many people know about the aura — the protective energy system around the body, also called the biofield.

The outermost of the aura’s seven layers is called the Celtic Weave — it’s an energy system that essentially weaves together all of the other systems.

You’ll work with the aura and the Celtic Weave to strengthen and heal any issues in the field before they can settle into your physical body.

These fields work better when they’re coherent, and the forks help you get there much faster.

You’ll explore:

• How to weave the aura to maximize your energy protection
• How to heal tears and holes in the aura that are caused by trauma and toxins
• Vortexes in the field and how to work with them to heal injuries and emotional pain
• A pose that brings healing energy to the joints in the body

The chakra system is considered the hard drive of all your energy systems where all your experiences are stored.
