PART 1: Essential Oils for Respiratory Health Masterclass

Tuition $67 If there’s one thing I’ve learned in 20 years of using essential oils, it’s their powerful affinity with our respiratory system.

But, not all essential oils are indicated for the delicate respiratory system. Some are amazing and have a terrific impact on illness of the lungs, throat and sinuses, others have no impact and still others can be dangerous, especially when used with children.

Respiratory issues usually involve inflammation, infection and a whole lot of stubborn mucous.

In this brand new 90-minute Masterclass, I will talk about specific essential oils that are powerful helpers for a variety of respiratory illnesses due to their expectorant, mucolytic, decongestant, and anti-inflammatory actions.

Participants will receive a list of essential oils and hydrosols, methods of application and other tools to help assemble their own “Respiratory Health Kit” at home.

What you will learn in the Masterclass:

• The chemical families that have an affinity to the respiratory system
• Specific essential oils within those chemical families that nourish and support respiratory health
• The best methods of application for sinus, throat and lung health
• Recipes and remedies

This course includes printable downloads of the class notes, recipes, and blank recipe template for creating your own respiratory blends.

When you attend this Masterclass Live, you will be able to engage with Liz and ask questions during the training.

If you cannot attend live, this class will be recorded so you’ll get the replay and all the printable downloads.

Tuition for combined Masterclass + Workshop $147When you choose to attend the Live Blending Workshop after the Masterclass, I’ll send you a shopping list of materials and specific instructions on what to bring and what to expect during the live Zoom workshop.

After the morning Masterclass, you will have a 90-minute break so you can eat, take a walk, refresh and get your materials ready for the afternoon blending class.

At 1 pm (Eastern) we will begin the live, experiential Blending Workshop with the special Zoom link I’ll send you.

You will have your blending space ready as well as the materials I recommend. I’ll send a detailed list of suggested oils, carriers and containers. Then we will spend three hours together (with breaks to keep you energized) and make two products that support respiratory health with me guiding you in real time!

It’s the next best thing to being in the classroom with me.

 

Although I’m confident you can learn how to use essential oils for the respiratory system from the Masterclass alone, you might like to experience the fun and expanded learning that happens when like-minded people are blending together.

I will be right there, guiding you in real time, answering your questions, giving individual attention, just like in my live classroom!
