A BRIDGE BETWEEN ART AND SCIENCEThe idea behind this kind of music arises out of a new view of the world as exemplified by fractal geometry and chaos theory, which seek an orderly structure underlying seemingly chaotic processes. Two examples of “chaotic” processes that are familiar everyone are the falling of rain and wood burning in a fire place.
